Airport pick-up service may be available for international students by prior arrangement with the International Office Team. Students who wish to request airport pick-up must contact the International Office Team before their arrival and provide complete travel details.

International students may also arrange their own transportation from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to Telkom University. Several transportation options are available, including travel/shuttle service, bus, and train.
One of the most convenient options is using a travel or shuttle service from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to Bandung. Several travel operators provide direct or connecting services from the airport to Bandung. Upon arrival in Bandung, students may continue the trip to Telkom University by online transportation, taxi, or other local transport.
This option is generally suitable for students carrying luggage, as it provides a more direct and practical journey compared to public transportation.
Students may take an airport bus from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to Bandung. Airport buses usually depart from designated bus terminals or pick-up points at the airport. After arriving at the bus terminal or drop-off point in Bandung, students can continue to Telkom University by taxi, online transportation, or local public transport.
This option may be more affordable, but students should consider travel time, bus schedules, luggage, and the distance from the Bandung drop-off point to Telkom University.
Students may also travel by train from Jakarta to Bandung. From Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, students can continue their journey to a train station in Jakarta before taking a train to Bandung.
One option is to travel through Gambir Station, where students can take an intercity train heading to Bandung. After arriving at Bandung Station, students may continue the journey to Telkom University by online transportation, taxi, or other local transport.
Another option is to use the Whoosh High-Speed Train from Halim Station to Bandung. From Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, students need to travel first to Halim Station, then take the Whoosh train to the Bandung area. After arriving at the destination station, students can continue to Telkom University by online transportation, taxi, or other local transport.
This option is suitable for students who prefer rail transportation. However, students should consider travel time, transfer points, luggage, ticket availability, and the distance from the arrival station to Telkom University.
