English-speaking countries or from institutions where English is the medium of instruction
may replace this requirement with an official letter from their previous institution.
In many cases, applicants who are still waiting for their final graduation certificate may
submit an expected graduation letter or temporary academic document. However, the final
certificate will be required before enrolment or registration.

Yes, Telkom University provides on-campus dormitory facilities. However, students may
choose to live either on campus or off campus, depending on their personal preference and
availability.

No. Students are not allowed to change their study program once they are received Letter of
Acceptance.

Students who hold a limited stay permit, such as ITAS/KITAS, are required to apply for an
Exit Permit Only (EPO) before their final departure from Indonesia. EPO is an immigration
procedure used to end the student’s stay permit when they have completed their study and
do not intend to return using the same permit.
